ROYAL SISTER IS
- An indiependent record label for the artist Marie Glad and the band Royal Sister.
- A constellation of free spirits - musicians, writers and visual artists - that prefer to create their own space, paint the world with their own color mixtures, instead of forming part of the so-called mainstream arena.
- A design agency, illustration & film studio.
- The manifesto: "Every creature is a kingdom. In the sisterhood and brotherhood of creatures we all depend on each-other, all of us kingdoms of fire."

July 2010: We went to MusExpo in LA and met the most amazing people in the music buisness. Our American indie team is now enhanced by this beautiful trio: Jennifer Allison at EXE Media Group, Donna Britton at Shadow Mountain and Susie Tenvold Codd at Fifth Level Music Group. With a deep, resonant voice and vivid melodies Marie Glad takes us on an unforgettable journey through life and love on her remarkable debut album, Rescue Me. She is like a vocal corde lisse dancer balancing between pop, indie and jazz.The Swedish singer-songwriter and DIY artist has published the album on her own label Royal Sister. The album was released October 13, 2009.

For whoever carries a brave heart open to the bruises of the world, Royal Sister is the deep voice of a sister determined to expose hope and dare vulnerability out of its hidden places.
